This small group training takes place in our weight room and is the perfect introduction to free-weight training. Learn how to safely and effectively lift heavier while still in a group setting. This small group training is limited to 5 participants and will offer week to week progressions as well as individual modifications and feedback. Please note, our small group training is open to active members at an additional cost.
